New Customer:

1. New customer just need to call our service hotline to confirm their service booking,Hongkong Storage^® will arrange the storage box delivery.

2. Sign contract and make payment.

3. Customer can choose either to complete the lodgement and let us to pick up immediately; or to handle the boxes at their spare time then call us to pick up later.

Existing Customer:   

Existing customer just need to call our service hotline and provide customer information for identification, then we can arrange the delivery, pick up or new lodgment storage service.
