Hongkong Storage x Yes-Storage New Customers’ Lucky Draw (“Lucky Draw”)
Terms & Conditions

1.Participants must be aged 18 or above and holding a valid Hong Kong identity card.
2. The Promotion Period for the Lucky Draw is from 1st February, 2018 to 30th April, 2018, both dates inclusive (“The Promotion Period”), and based on the contract effective date. The registration period is from 1st February, 2018 until 11:59p.m. on 1st May, 2018.
3.The Lucky Draw is valid for the new customers of Hongkong Storage and Yes-Storage, but not applicable for customers registered as corporate account holders. New customers should commit at least 12-month contract in prepayment to make registration at the designated website for enrolling the lucky draw.
4.The registration will be deemed invalid if customers had been Hongkong Storage/ Yes-Storage customers in the past 12 months prior to the date of contract signing.
5.During the registration, customers are required to fill in their name, contact number, valid personal email address, the first 4 numeric digits of HKID card number and customer code to enroll the Lucky Draw. Any customers who submit false or misleading information will be disqualified from participating in this promotion without prior notice.
6.Each eligible customer is allowed to enroll the Lucky Draw with his/her customer code once. If repeated registration is found, only the first registration is deemed as valid.
7.The Lucky Draw result will be randomly drawn by computer. Prize includes Dyson V8 Fluffypro (1 winner).
8.The drawing of the prize will be held on 3rd May, 2018, and randomly drawn by computer. Lucky draw result will be announced on Sing Tao Daily and The Standard on 11th May, 2018. Result will also be announced on www.hongkongstorage.com, www.yes-storage.com, official Hongkong Storage Facebook page, and official Yes-Storage Facebook page.
9.The winner of the Lucky Draw will be notified by email, and must come in person to collect the prize between 12th May, 2018 to 11th June, 2018 at Headquarter of Hongkong Storage. Further details shall refer to the email notification. Winner will be required to present the original contract, email notification, and HKID for verification.
10.If the winner cannot be contacted within 30 days after the Lucky Draw results are published (as known as 11th June, 2018), his or her prize will be forfeited automatically.
11.All prizes are not transferable, substitutable or redeemable for cash or any other products.
12.His or her prize will be forfeited automatically if there is any discrepancy between the information printed on the original contract and HKID Card entered for registration, or if the prize winner is unable to present the HKID, original contract and email notification, or if the original contract has been altered, defaced or damaged.
13.Hongkong Storage and Yes-Storage assume no responsibility for any delays, omissions, or mistakes in the submission of the participants’ registration that may occur through technical problems, connection problems, or malfunctions of handsets or networks.
14.Winner must attend the prize presentation ceremony of the Lucky Draw; otherwise, the respective winner will be disqualified without further notice.
15.Hongkong Storage and Yes-Storage are not liable for any expenses associated with entering the Lucky Draw and the collection of the prize, including (but not limited to) transportation fees, delivery costs etc.
16.Confirmation letter of prize collection must be signed when collecting the prize for recording purpose.
17.Winner of the Lucky Draw shall be deemed to have authorized Hongkong Storage and Yes-Storage to use photos bearing their appearance for publicity or promotional purposes of the Lucky Draw, and to use their personal details for postage and communication purposes of the Lucky Draw. Otherwise, the respective winner will be disqualified.
18.The color of the prize will be randomly drawn and subject to stock on hand, winners cannot pick the color and cannot object.
19.Hongkong Storage and Yes-Storage are not liable for the failure of suppliers of prizes to perform any obligations or provide any services. Any dispute regarding the quality, performance, or value of the prize should be resolved directly by the winners with the respective suppliers of the prize.
20.Hongkong Storage and Yes-Storage reserve the right to disqualify any participants who engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardize the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Hongkong Storage and Yes-Storage reserve all legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such a participant.
21.Participation in the Lucky Draw is voluntary. Hongkong Storage and Yes-Storage shall not be responsible for any disputes or liabilities of the Lucky Draw. Hongkong Storage and Yes-Storage shall not be responsible for any related obligations or costs incurred by participating in the promotion.
22.Time record is based on Hongkong Storage and Yes-Storage system.
23.Dyson and its dealers are not involved in terms of sponsorship, endorsement, or the promotion administration of the Lucky Draw.
24.Employees of Hongkong Storage and Yes-Storage and their appointed agencies and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
25.In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the Chinese and the English versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
26.By participating in this Lucky Draw, participants represent they have read or agree to the Privacy Policy, which supplement and are in addition to these Terms and Conditions.
27.In the event of any dispute, the decision of Hongkong Storage and Yes-Storage shall be final.

Personal Information Collection Statement

In this statement, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Hongkong Storage and Yes-Storage or both of them. “You” and “your” refer to the person(s) who provides his/her personal data directly in this promotion.

In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the Chinese and English version of this Personal Information Collection Statement, the English version shall prevail.

Any personal data collected will be used to contact and verify the identity of the participants for the prize collection only, and will be handled properly and kept confidential. Hongkong Storage and Yes-Storage reserve the right to disqualify participants who refuse or fail to provide the relevant personal information.
